Ryan & Abe: 2006 LR3 HSE7 HD-Package
Eric: 2005 Range Rover MkIII HSE
Dan: 1991 Range Rover Classic SWB Great Divide Edition
Jarek was supposed to join us with his 2000 Range Rover P38 4.6 HSE, but unfortunately had a transmission cooler line burst on his way out.
Good trip, we ran all greens, found some fun obstacles, and the trucks proved their capabilities while stock.
Abe took some very nice pictures from the trip, and they are posted here: http://tabid.smugmug.com/Other/Turkey-Run-2010/14833708_9Qmehby Ryan

Today we took a day trip to Arches National Park to see the massive rock formations. The trip went well, did a little bit of hiking and a lot of picture taking. To leave the park, we decided to take the back dirt road, which turned into a nice little off road trail. Check out the Photo Gallery for a lot of pics of the trip.by Ryan

Yesterday we ran the Top of the World Trail, which is a 4-rated loop that leads up to a 7,000 ft panoramic view of Fisher Valley and Onion Creek. The trail itself was not extremely challenging, but there were some places that allowed us to play around a bit. On the way up the trail, Christine’s GPS bounced out of the truck, and we did not notice until about 5 miles after it happened, so Dan, myself and Christine went down the way we came looking for it, and managed to find it at the first real bouncing obstacle!
I’ll post pictures shortly… just as a reminder, check out the Photo Gallery for pictures from the first day of wheelin’.by Ryan
Back at the house now. Was a 12hr trail ride through steelbender. The trail was rated a 6 but there were some very difficult areas. We escaped with minimal damage it seems. Some dents, broken axle, bent steering rod, riped apart tire and an odd transfer case noise which we are about to start tearing into. A great time had by all today though.
